Once filling out the form and sending in your email, I will come back with a quote if/when it accepted. Payments are required upfront before I start my work and i will go ahead and send an invoice via the email you have provided within your details. 

 

I will send you a sketch WIP to make sure everything is in place and what you would like. This is the time to ask me for any changes if needed! Once all has been agreed i will continue to work on your piece and send the final product to you via email. It will include a watermark and a non watermarked version.

✨ TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

Payment expected upfront before I get to work on your commission. I have the right to decline a commission outside my ability and/or that makes me uncomfortable. 

 

Reselling is prohibited, my commissions are only to be used for personal work unless stated and agreed otherwise. 

 

✨ PAYMENT 

 

GPB or USD, GPB is preferred however 

 

Payment accepted via PayPal invoice and upfront. 

 

Depending on the detail of the character (excessive armour, loads of jewellery, etc.) my base line for heavy detailing is £25 (can increase). If you are unsure please inquire this through email. In some cases i may have to simplify certain detailing. We can work it out!

 

✨ DO’S AND DONT’S 

 

Will do: Ocs, fanart, mild nudity (please ask!), anthos, mild gore, armour (please inquire!), FFXIV ocs (inquire for certain armour and costumes!)

Wont do: feral animals, mechas, nsfw 

 

✨ REFUNDS

 

Refunds will only be issued if i have not started your commission over a long period of time. If for any reason i cannot complete your commission due to personal life, etc., i will issue a full refund. 

 

✨ POSTING & WIPS

 

Please when sharing your commission online i ask you to share the WATERMAKRED version. Non watermarked commissions are for your private use only. 

 

I do send WIPs, for the start of working on your commission to get the approval. But you’re free to decline any wip processes if you see fit!
